Founded in 2015 in the designer’s native Ukraine, RUSLAN BAGINSKIY has been propelled to the forefront of accessorizing through social media. Based in Kyiv, it produces each piece locally, drawing inspiration from Ukrainian artists, family photos and national costumes.
